Some simple tips and tricks to make today a great day!

  • Remember to exercise daily. Even light exercises such as taking a stroll or simply walking from one end of the house to the other every two hours will be beneficial. It is important that you do not stay immobile for long periods of time as this can lead to a decrease in quality of life.

  • A continuous intake of healthy fluids is just important as exercise as the chances of dehydration increases. Stick to water or Gatorade, and avoid caffeinated and sugary drinks.

  • Do something you love everyday, from watching your favorite show to going for walks. It is important to continue to do things that you’ve always loved to do.
